HOLLOW CORE : WHAT IS IT ?

• Unlike Iron Sand Filled Kettlebell, the Hollow Core (HC) is made of a Single Steel Mould with an open base. The Core of the Kettlebell is hollow because the weight of the kettlebell is centered around the handle.
• The HC Kettlebell offers greater balance; smoother insertions during the Clean and the Snatch. This results in less fatigue during extensive sets and training sessions. No wonder why Hollow Core is the preferred choice in Kettlebell Championships.
• For example, the Heavier the Kettlebell, the more weight towards the base of the kettlebell is.
