The QUADRA JAMMER ARMS offer vertical, horizontal and handle adjustments for increased exercises capability.

You can use the QUADRA JAMMER ARMS to set up your squats, bench and press with our STD75 J-HOOKS and J-CUPS or any 3*3“ / 75*75mm compatible J-Cups without the need to dismount the arms.
Note: The 90cm/35” arms can be installed on the inside of a 110cm/43” depth rack. This option allows you to rest the Jammers on safety straps or Xbeams spotters.
SHIPPING : the arms come pre-assembled and are shipped in separate packaging. You’ll have then 2 packages per pair.
