The QUADRA JAMMER ARMS offer vertical, horizontal and handle adjustments for increased exercises capability.

- 7-ways adjustable hand le with medium knurling for a secured grip

Note: The 90cm/35” arms can be installed on the inside of a 110cm/43” depth rack. This option allows you to rest the Jammers on safety straps or Xbeams spotters.
SHIPPING : the arms come pre-assembled and are shipped in separate packaging. You’ll have then 2 packages per pair (1 arm per package).
